2010, 2011, 2012 budgets include health, culture subsidies

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi minister of finance said that the budget strategies for the years 2010, 2011 and 2012 include subsidies for the cultural, educational, health and human rights sectors. This came during Minister Baqir Jabr al-Zubeidi’s meeting with the director general of the Cinema and Theatre Department, and several actors and dramatists, according to a statement published on the ministry’s web site and received by Iraqi News.
