106 suspects arrested north of Tikrit

SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: A total of 106 suspects were arrested near the district of Amirli, a source from the Touz Khormato police said. “A combined force from the Iraqi army and police detained 106 suspects in a search raid inside villages in Amirli, Touz Khormato, (100 km) northeast Tikrit,” the source told Iraqi News. “The arrested will be remanded under investigative custody as of Sunday (Sept. 13),” he added.
