5 wounded in IED blast in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Five civilians were wounded when an i mprovised explosive device attached to a civilian vehicle went off in northern Baghdad on Saturday, the Iraqi police said. “A sticky IED attached by unidentified persons to a civilian vehicle went off on Saturday afternoon in Raghebat Khatoun neighborhood in al-Aadhamiya district, northern Baghdad , wounding two passengers on board and three civilians near the explosion scene and causing severe damage to the car,” a security source told Iraqi News. “Security forces sealed off the area and rushed the wounded to the nearby al-No’aman hospital,” he added.
