Prices of oil exports to U.S. lowered in October
BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO) has lowered the prices of oil exports to the United States in October 2009 and raised them to Asian countries, while maintaining them to Europe. “Prices of oil exports to the United States have been lowered by $1.6 a barrel, and raised by $.6 to Asia,” the director general of the company, Falah al-Aameri, told Iraqi News. The decision came in light of a study on global supply and demand, Aameri noted. SS (P) 1
