Barzani, Kuwaiti delegation mull opening consulate in Arbil

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: President of Iraq’s Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, discussed with a Kuwaiti delegation opening a Kuwaiti consulate in Arbil, according to a presidential statement. “The meeting, which was held on Wednesday (Sept. 30), also tackled Kuwaiti companies’ contribution to the reconstruction and investment operations in Kurdistan,” said the statement on Thursday received by Iraqi News.
