Dutch consulate in Arbil will strengthen bilateral ties- official

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The presence of a Dutch consulate in the capital city of Iraq’s Kurdistan region will help boost bilateral relations between the two countries, a foreign relations official in the Kurdistan Regional Government Kurdistan RegionG) said on Monday. “This evening, the Netherlands will open a consulate in Ankawa, northern Arbil,” Falah Mustafa told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The step will help boost political, economic and cultural relations between the Kurdistan region and the Netherlands,” Mustafa added. Earlier today, the chargé d’affaires of the Republic of Poland in Iraq, Stanislaw Smolen, said that it will open a representative office in Iraq’s Kurdistan region.
