Gunmen kill Sunni guard in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Gunmen killed a guard of the Ninewa Sunni endowment directorate, a security source from the province said on Wednesday. “Unknown armed men opened fire today targeting a guard of the Ninewa Sunni endowment directorate near his house at the al-Ikhaa neighborhood, eastern Mosul city,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. He said that the victim was on vacation. “The gunmen were able to escape to an unknown place,” the source said. He did not mention further details.
