9 victims of Talafar blast admitted to hospitals in Turkey

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Nine victims who were wounded in the recent blast in Talafar, northwest of Mosul city, were admitted to hospitals in Turkey to receive better treatment. “The nine victims’ injuries are serious and their cases are critical,” Dr. Salih Qado Hayder, director of the Talafar Public Hospital, told IraqiNews.com news agency. He said that most of the blast’s other injuries left Iraqi hospitals after getting the required treatment, excluding 14 cases. The explosion that targeted a mosque in Talfar (60 km northwest of Mosul) on Friday Oct. 16, 2009, left 17 people dead and 98 others wounded. MH (P)/SR 2
