IED explodes near police patrol in Kirkuk

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: An improvised explosive device went off Friday targeting a police vehicle patrol in southwestern Kirkuk, without leaving casualties, a source from the joint coordination center said. “An explosive charge went off Friday morning (Oct. 23) targeting a police vehicle patrol in al-Waseti neighborhood in southwestern Kirkuk, causing only some material damage,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
