IED blast kills 3, wounds 4 in eastern Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Three civilians were killed and four others wounded when an improvised explosive device went off near a passenger vehicle in eastern Baghdad on Wednesday, police said. “An IED attached to a passenger vehicle went off near al-Baladiyat intersection in eastern Baghdad, leaving three persons, including two women, killed and four others wounded,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The explosion damaged the vehicle and other civilian vehicles near the site,” the source added.
