Ninewa Gov., Turkish firm discuss housing project

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Ninewa Governor Atheel al-Nujaifi discussed on Wednesday with a delegation from a Turkish firm a residential project of 3,200 houses in Mosul city. “The houses will be designated as university professors’ housing,” a media source from the Ninewa Provincial Council told IraqiNews.com news agency. The source said that during the meeting, Gov. al-Nujaifi stressed that Turkey is a neighbor that has had positive stances towards Iraq. For its part, the Turkish delegation confirmed that the firm can start the work immediately, and finalize the project within five years.
