Turkish FM to head for Arbil

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: Turkish Foreign Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, and his accompanying delegation will arrive in Arbil Friday to meet Kurdish officials, official of the foreign relations of the Kurdish government. “Davutoglu will arrive on Friday (Oct. 30) in Arbil, leading a Turkish delegation, including trade minister and senior officials,” Falah Mustapha told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The minister will meet with the Kurdistan’s leadership, during which he will discuss the opening of Turkish consulate in Arbil,” he added. The official spokesman for the Basra governor, Salem Taqi, had said that Turkish foreign and trade ministers, accompanied by around 150 Turkish businessmen, arrived on Friday in Basra to open the Turkish consulate.
