Barazani, Biden discuss election bill

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: President Massoud Barazani of the Iraqi Kurdistan region and U.S. Vice President Joe Biden called on solving problems in election bill. “This came in a phone call between the two figures yesterday evening (Nov. 1, 2009),”said a release issued by the Kurdistan Presidency and received by IraqiNews.com news agency.
