Officer killed, 2 cops wounded by roadside bomb in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: One officer was killed and two policemen were wounded by a roadside bomb explosion in western Mosul, a security source said Thursday. “A roadside bomb went off Thursday (Nov. 5) targeting a police vehicle patrol in Rajm Hadeed region, western Mosul, killing a police lieutenant and injuring two policemen, including another lieutenant,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The two wounded were sent to a nearby hospital for treatment,” he added.
