Conf. to discuss small-sized projects, soft loans in Arbil

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The small-sized enterprises financing organization in Iraq opened a conference in the northern Iraq Kurdish city of Arbil to discuss ways to develop small projects and offer soft loans for their owners. “The gathering will discuss several papers on development of small enterprises as well as the problems hampering this kind of projects that represent a cornerstone to give a shot in the arm to the economy,” the organization’s Kurdistan office chief, Bakhtiyar Shawani, told IraqiNews.com news agency. He said that the officials of 14 branches of the organization and four U.S. experts will attend the three-day event.
