Bomb wounds 2 brothers near Khanaqin

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: Two brothers on Sunday were injured when an improvised explosive device (IED) hit their car in al-Saadiya district, south of Khanaqin, according to a local security source. “This morning, an explosive charge hit a civilian vehicle in Hamreen area, al-Saadiya (35 km south of Khanaqin), wounding two brothers,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The wounded have been taken to the hospital for treatment,” the source noted, providing no further details.
