Gunman, 3 wanted persons arrested in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces arrested a member of an armed robbery gang on Tuesday and three wanted persons and seized amounts of weapons in two separate incidents in Basra, said a security source. “Policemen arrested a member of an armed robbery gang in central Basra and found 30 million Iraqi dinars in his possession,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Another police forces raided al-Salehiya region in eastern Basra, where they arrested three wanted men and seized seven Kalashnikovs,” he added.
