Bomb wounds 6 in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Six civilians on Sunday were injured in an explosive charge blast in the capital Baghdad, according to the Iraqi police. “Today, six civilians were wounded when an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated near a laser disc store on al-Khayyam St., downtown Baghdad,” a police source told IraqiNews.com news agency. Police forces sealed off the scene of the blast and rushed the wounded to a nearby hospital for treatment, the source noted. SS (P) 1
