Bomb found in Tikrit Uni.

SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: An explosive charge on Monday was found at Tikrit University and was safely defused by bomb squad personnel, according to a local police source. “On Monday, a 60 mm mortar shell attached to a mobile phone was found at Tikrit University, Salah al-Din province,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Bomb squad personnel have managed to defuse the device,” the source noted. Yesterday (Nov. 22), a sound bomb detonated in front of the Faculty of Engineering, Tikrit University, wounding one female student and causing panic among other students.
