Wanted men nabbed in Missan, Salah al-Din

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Two wanted men on Monday were arrested in the provinces of Missan and Salah al-Din, an Interior Ministry statement said. “Personnel from the Information and National Investigations Department in Missan arrested one wanted person in accordance with Article IV of the Terrorism Law,” according to the statement, which was received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “Meanwhile, Special Forces and emergency personnel in Salah al-Din arrested another wanted man and seized some weapons in his possession,” the statement indicated. Amara, the capital city of Missan, lies 390 km south of Baghdad; while Tikrit, the capital of Salah al-Din, lies 175 km north of Baghdad. SS (P) 1
