Barzani, Ammar al-Hakim discuss forming ‘wide national bloc’ in Iraq

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: President of Iraq’s Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, discussed on Tuesday with Head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, the formation of a wide political bloc in Iraq, a presidential statement said. “The meeting tackled a number of issues, mainly relations between the Kurdistan Alliance and the United Iraqi Alliance,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “They also discussed the development of the political process in the country,” it added.
