Robbery gang captured in Amara

MISSAN / IraqiNews.com: Police forces arrested a robbery gang in south of Amara city on Friday, according to director of the media office of Missan police department. “Policemen managed to arrest six persons forming a robbery gang in al-Majar al-Kabier district, south of Amara,” Colonel Sadeq Salam told IraqiNews.com news agency. “They used to wear a military uniform while attacking citizens’ houses,” he noted. “The gangsters confessed to seizing more than seven million Iraqis dinars from a house in al-Majar al-Kabier district,” the colonel noted.
