Bus attack foiled in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces have foiled an attack on a bus that transports Christian students in Ninewa, a local security source said on Saturday. “This evening, police personnel defused a sticky explosive device on a bus that transports students from the predominantly Christian district of al-Hamdaniya to their university,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. The bus was parked in al-Sinaiya area when workers discovered the device, which was safely detonated by police forces, the source explained.
