Suicide bombing foiled in Ninewa

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Security forces in Ninewa have arrested a suicide bomber carrying an explosive belt at a checkpoint in Talafar district, a local police source said on Sunday. “Security forces in Talafar (60 km west of Mosul) arrested a suicide bomber carrying an explosive belt inside a bag while he was crossing a checkpoint in al-Nour neighborhood, northern Talafar,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
