Gunman captured in Talafar

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi forces arrested on Monday a gunman specialized in planting bombs in the northwest of Mosul, according to a security source. “10th brigade of the 3rd division of the Iraqi army arrested on Monday a gunman specialized in planting bombs in al-Saray region in central Talafar, northwest of Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The gunman confessed to planting several bombs and sticky bombs in the region,” he added. “The whole operation was launched in light of intelligence information,” he noted.
