PM coordinates with Kurds regarding disputed areas

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has issued regulations allowing regional authorities in Kurdistan to decide who is allowed access into the disputed areas between Arabs and Kurds. “The regulations were issued by al-Maliki,” a local Kurdish source from Mosul city told IraqiNews.com news agency. He said that the decision also embraces areas where Iraqi-U.S.-Kurd combined forces are deployed. Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa Province, lies 405 km north of Baghdad. MH (P)/SR 1
