IED wounds 2 policemen in Baghdad

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Two policemen were wounded in an improvised explosive device blast in Abu Gharieb district in western Baghdad, a police source said. “The bomb, placed inside a fruits box on a road in al-Haswa region in Abu Gharieb district, went off on Wednesday (Feb. 10), targeting a police patrol, injuring two policemen,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Security forces cordoned off the region and carried the wounded to a nearby hospital for treatment,” he added.
