Civilian wounded in IED blast in Touz Khormato, 4 AQI members nabbed

SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: A civilian man was wounded in an improvised explosive device blast in Touz Khormato district, where also four members of Al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQ) network were arrested, a local police source said on Thursday. “An IED blast wounded a civilian man in the village of al-Qahira,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. Meanwhile the same source said that a police force conducted a search raid on the main road linking Soliman Bek to Touz Khormato, (100 km) northeast of Tikrit, arresting four AQI operatives on charges of involvement in acts of sabotage.
