Ramadi blast leaves 24 casualties

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Five people were killed and 19 were wounded in the car bomb blast that ripped through central Ramadi on Thursday, a police source said. “A car rigged with explosives went off on Thursday (Feb. 18) near the Anbar provincial building in central Ramadi, killing five, including three policemen, and injuring 19,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. A police source had said earlier that a powerful blast took place near the Anbar provincial building in central Ramadi, leaving unspecified number of casualties.
