We want to build state of law – Maliki

MISSAN / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said on Sunday that he and his electoral bloc want to build a state of law and institutions in Iraq. “During the past stage, we succeeded in achieving security, but we need more time to build a state of law and institutions,” al-Maliki said in a campaign speech from central Amara city. He said that some sides tried to incapacitate his government’s ability to function over the past four years. Amara, the capital city of Missan province, lies 390 km south of Baghdad. MH (P)/SR 2
