Basketball delegation puts off travel for admin. reasons

BAGHDAD /Iraqi News The Iraqi Central Basketball Federation’s delegation has postponed its scheduled travel to Iran to participate in an Asian tournament for administrative reasons. “The travel has been postponed because of the official holiday in Iraq, which started on Thursday (March 4) and lasts until this Monday (March 8) due to the legislative elections,” a member of the federation, Abbad Khodeer, told Iraqi News.
