Eissawi, Ad Melkert meet over elections

BAGHDAD /Iraqi News Deputy Prime Minister, Rafia al-Eissawi, discussed with the special representative of the United Nations Secretary General for Iraq (SRSG), Ad Melkert, the political process developments and the formation of the new government in light of the elections results. “The two agreed on the importance of forming a responsible government which makes Iraqis’ interest as its top priority,” said an official statement received by Iraqi News.
