Talabani, Iranian amb. review bilateral relations

BAGHDAD /Iraqi News Iraqi President Jalal Talabani discussed on Monday with Iranian ambassador in Baghdad ways of boosting bilateral relations, a presidential statement said. “The two officials also discussed the latest political developments in Iraq and the ongoing vote count, as well as talks between political blocs’ leaders regarding the coming stage,” the statement noted. “The diplomat conveyed an official invitation from Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to Talabani to take part in the Nowruz Eid Festival,” it said.
