Barzani, UAE delegation mull bilateral relations

BAGHDAD /Iraqi News President of Iraq’s Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, discussed with a UAE delegation bilateral relations, according to a presidential statement on Monday. “Barzani received at Salah el-Din resort, Sheikh Saood bin Saqr al-Qasemi, deputy governor of Raas al-Kheima and his accompanying delegation,” said the statement received by Iraqi News. “The meeting tackled ways of boosting bilateral relations in various domains,” it added. The statement quoted Barzani as saying that Kurdistan region looks forward to expand cooperation with the UAE, mainly in oil, electricity, agriculture, industry and transport sectors. SH (P)/SR 2
