IED defused near mosque in Mosul

NINEWA /Iraqi News Iraqi army forces defused an improvised explosive device (IED) that was emplaced near a mosque in northern Mosul city on Thursday, an army source said. “The IED was defused without incident near a mosque in al-Baladiyat neighborhood, northern Mosul, based on tip-offs from local resident,” the source told Iraqi News.
