Gunman killed, 2 arrested in al-Shurqat

SALAH AL-DIN /Iraqi News A joint U.S.-Iraqi force has killed one gunman and arrested two others in al-Shurqat district, a local police source said on Sunday. “This came during routine search raids near al-Itha village, al-Shurqat, after the force had been hit by a roadside explosive device,” the source told Iraqi News.
