2 killed, 5 wounded in tribal conflict in Talafar

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Two persons were killed and five others were wounded in a tribal conflict late yesterday night in Talafar suburb, northwest of Mosul city. “Iraqi forces arrived to the incident’s location, around 60 km northwest of Mosul, and cordoned off the area,” a local police source told IraqiNews.com news agency on Tuesday. The source noted that the injured were admitted to hospitals, and that some of them remain in serious condition. Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa province, lies 405 km north of Baghdad. MH (P)/SR 3
