2 wanted persons arrested – interior ministry

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Two wanted persons were arrested and a kidnapped man was freed in separate areas of Iraq, the interior ministry said in a statement on Wednesday. “Acting on intelligence information, federal police freed a businessman kidnapped by gunmen in al-Sidiya region in Baghdad,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The forces arrested also two wanted persons in accordance with Article IV Terrorism Law, one in Kirkuk and the other in Wassit,” the statement added.
