Scores of suspected drug addicts, dealers arrested in Talafar

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces arrested scores of people suspected of being drug dealers or addicts in Talafar, a police source said on Monday. “A joint force of the 10th brigade of the 3rd division of the Iraqi army and Talafar police arrested in the past three days scores of suspected drug addicts or dealers in separate areas of the district,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Security authorities started last Friday a large-scale anti-drug campaign in Talafar,” he added.
