10 civilians wounded in grenade attack in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Ten civilians were wounded on Saturday when unknown gunmen used two grenades to attack a police patrol in central Mosul city. “None of the patrol’s personnel were wounded in the attack,” a local police source told IraqiNews.com news agency. He noted that the attack occurred in a crowded market in central Mosul. “The gunmen were able to escape, and the injured were admitted to hospital,” the source pointed out.
