Iraq’s archery team training in Iran for World Cup

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq’s archery team will begin a training camp in the Iranian capital Tehran as of next week within preparations for the second stage of the world cup that is going to be hosted by Turkey during the first half of June, the federation chief said on Saturday. “The camp will take place on May 16-26 for the world cup tournament to be played in the Turkish city of Antalya on June 4,” Saad Mahmoud al-Mashhadani told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Four archers will be training in the camp under coach Tawfiq Mahmoud Kadhem,” he added.
