Gunmen detonate house of Sahwa fighter in Balad

SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: Unknown gunmen detonated the house of a Sahwa (Awakening) fighter in Balad, south of Tikrit city, without causing casualties. “The house was totally destroyed,” a local police source told IraqiNews.com news agency. He noted that the Sahwa fighter and his family were not at the house when the blast occurred. Tikrit, the capital city of Salah al-Din province, lies 175 km north of Baghdad. MH (P)/SR 4
