Talabani arrives in Baghdad from Egypt

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi President Jalal Talabani returned to Baghdad on Monday coming from Egypt, where he met his Egyptian counterpart Hosni Mubarak and senior Egyptian officials, according to a presidential statement. “The president updated Mubarak with the recent developments in Iraq, mainly after the parliamentary elections,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “Talks tackled also bilateral relations and the activation of the signed agreements between the two countries,” it added.
