ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: President of Iraq’s Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani discussed on Wednesday with Jeffrey Feltman, US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, the latest political developments in Iraq, according to a presidential statement. “The president underlined during the meeting with Feltman and his accompanying delegation on the importance to reach an agreement among political blocs to form a national partnership government,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The U.S. diplomat praised security and stability in Kurdistan,” the statement noted.
