US keen to form new Iraqi government by soonest – Adeeb

Baghdad / IraqiNews.com: U.S. Government is keen to speed up the formation of a new Iraqi government, to keep the country in both constitutional and security stability, Ali Al-Adeeb, a high ranking member of the Dawlat al-Qanoon  Alliance said on Tuesday. “Both U.S. Administration and the American Embassy in Baghdad are concerned with the complications of the Iraqi issue, trying to find the suitable solutions to these problems, especially that Iraq is experiencing very critical and sensitive period of forming a new government while the United States is planning to reduce troops in Iraq to 50 thousand by next August,” al-Adeeb noted. “The United States has certain perceptions, and will try to propose them during dialogues that will take place with all political blocs to from the new government,” al-Adeeb explained, expressing the possibility that some of the blocs would accept these proposals while others could reject them. Ali Al-Adeeb, who is a leader in the al–Dawa Party, stressed “the necessity of changing U.S. perceptions of the Iraqi political arena.” He described them as “far from being realistic.” NH (P)/SR 1
