Hand grenade wounds army officer in northern Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: An army officer was wounded on Wednesday by a hand grenade in northern Mosul, a police source said. “An army lieutenant was seriously wounded on Wednesday afternoon (June 9) when a gunman threw a hand grenade on him inside Mosul University in al-Majmouaa al-Thaqafiya region, northern Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The gunman fled to unknown place after the attack,” he added.
