One more jeweler killed in Falluja

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Saturday found a jeweler dead inside his gold shop in Falluja. This is the third jeweler killed in the city during the past two hours. “The jeweler’s dead body was found inside his gold shop that was locked from the outside,” a local police source told IraqiNews.com news agency. He noted that the shop was robbed. Earlier, another police source said that two jewelers were killed on Saturday and another was wounded in armed robberies that targeted three gold shops in central Falluja city. “The robberies were launched today by unknown gunmen targeting three gold shops in the al-Nizeeza market in central Falluja,” the source said. He noted that police forces closed the market, cordoned off the area, and started tracking down the gunmen who were able to escape. Falluja, the biggest city of Anbar province, lies 45 km west of Baghdad. MH (P)/SR 2
