Southern Baghdad blast leaves 10 casualties

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: A pro-government sahwa (awakening) tribal fighter was killed and nine colleagues others wounded in an improvised explosive device attack near their headquarters in southern Baghdad on Thursday, a security source said. “An IED ripped through a sahwa headquarters in the area of al-Be’ietha, al-Dora neighborhood, southern Baghdad, leaving one killed and nine others, including the sahwa forces commander in Dora, Sheikh Mustaf al-Juburi, wounded,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
