Urgent / 5 Sahwa fighters wounded in bombing in Qaim

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Five Sahwa (Awakening) fighters were wounded on Sunday when a suicide bomber blew himself up in central al-Qaim district. “The bomber was wearing an explosive vest on him,” a local security source told IraqiNews.com news agency. He noted that the bomber blew himself up near a Sahwa office in the al-Sooq al-Shaabi area of central al-Qaim, 289 km west of the Ramadi city. “The five injuries represent a preliminary toll of casualties,” the source added.
