DIALA / IraqiNews.com: One woman was killed on Wednesday and 18 civilians were wounded when a car bomb went off targeting the municipality building in the al-Miqdadiya district, 45 km east of Baaquba city. “This is a preliminary toll of casualties,” a local police source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
